Recitals: A. The Parties entered into Agreement A-2005-254, dated July 1, 2005, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant agreed to provide a variety of pre-employability skills to Santa Ana residents, and work collaboratively with the Santa Ana WORK Center to facilitate working partnerships with additional local grassroots Faith-Based Organizations. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to increase the compensation available to Consultant for additional services provided by Consultant. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase the compensation by $122,500, for a total amount not to exceed $350,000 during the term of said Agreement. 2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
