O!-J'I<:------. <br /> <br />A-2006-032 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />li" <br /> <br />2 17-D{,' <br />-' THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 21" day of February, 2006, by and between Thyssen Elevator <br />Company, ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), collectively referred to herein as "the <br />Parties". <br /> <br />RI;:~lIA1~ <br /> <br />A. The Parties entered into AGREEMENT SPEC 2001-070, dated May 22, 200 I, hereinafter referred to as <br />"said Agreement", for the maintenance, service, repair and parts for elevators in the City; <br /> <br />B. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the Compensation section of said Agreement in order to <br />provide continuous uninterrupted service under said Agreement and to extend the term. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 2, of said Agreement, pertaining to Compensation of said Agreement is hereby amended to provide <br />an additional amount of $13,429.00 for a total amount not to exceed $133,987.55 during the term of said <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />2.
