Atl sweeper <br />trucks are equipped with curb broom and on board fresh air blowing. Echo backpack <br />blowers conforming to current noise control specifications (ANSI B175.2) are used in the <br />sweeping process. Several Sweepers are Rule 1186.1 certified including the Tymco Model <br />210. The complete list is located on the South Coast Air Quality Management District's <br />website. Sweepers having a gross vehicle weight of 14,000 pounds or more are subject to <br />this rule. <br />• Our method is to air blow all debris to the center aisle and then power sweep with our <br />trucks curb to curb and corner to corner the parking structure and or lot. This method is <br />very effective for cleaning and liability purposes. All air blowing is performed with the <br />low noise approved backpack blowers. The City of Irvine requires certification of these <br />air blowers to be used within the City limits. As required by law we will dispose the <br />debris in the dumpster located at each property. <br />EQUIPMENT LIST <br />• TSCM maintains on a dairy basis: <br />• One (1) Chevrolet 1600 RBS QT Mr. Air-Sweepers with down draft, water and dust <br />suppression systems. <br />• Two (2) Tymco Model 210 Sweepers with Regenerative air system. <br />• Four (4) Toyota Tundra 1600 RBS Mr. Air Sweepers with down draft, water and <br />dust suppression systems- <br />• Two (2) Alto (American-Lincoln) Ride on Sweeper /Scrubber units. All broom <br />sweeper with attached vacuum unit for water pick up. <br />• Sixteen (16) Echo Model 330 Low Noise Backpack Blowers. These blowers are <br />approved for use in the City of Irvine and Newport Beach. <br />• A/! trucks and sweeaer units are revfaced every three nears. <br />• Broom sweeping available upon request. <br />DISPOSAL PROCEDURES <br />Sweeping Debris and Disposal Procedures. <br />All sweeping debris will be disposed on the site where the debris is picked up. This <br />is required by law since if we move debris that is hazardous from one point to <br />another we are acting as a waste hauler. This would require another license to <br />perform this work. <br />
