• EXHIBIT 2 To Master Support Agreement COVERED APPLICATIONS This Exhibit is attached to, incorporated into and forms part of the Master Support Agreement, dated March _, 2006, between the Client and CompuDyne (herein referred to as the "Agreement "), Capitalized terms used herein shall have the definitions set forth in the Agreement, unless otherwise defined herein. In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions set forth herein and those set forth in the Agreement, the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shall prevail. CompuDyne will provide the Basic Support described in Section 2.6 (Basic Support) of the Agreement for the software applications identified in the table below. The annual fee for such support shall be as set forth in the table below. Such support will commence upon the expiration of any applicable Warranty Period as set forth in the table below.
