VOW" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Fn <br />Consultant will provide visual arts instruction for ACCESS classes through the Orange County <br />Department of Education, Division of Alternative Education as follows: <br />• Consultant shall have a strong knowledge of the visual art curriculum and prepare in <br />advance for each class. <br />• Consultant shall prepare a lesson plan for each class and work with the City Arts <br />Administrator to determine artistic techniques to be taught to the students. <br />• A wide array of artistic techniques will be taught in a manner so as to achieve a highly <br />competent showing by the students. <br />• Consultant shall provide two (2) hours of art education during each class. <br />• Consultant shall instruct each class two days per week from November 15, 2001 through <br />June 30, 2002. <br />COMPENSATION <br />Consultant shall receive $30.00 per hour of instruction. <br />Consultant may be reimbursed for purchase of art supplies and instructional materials in an <br />amount not to exceed $2,000.00 during the term of this Agreement. Total compensation for <br />instruction and supplies shall not exceed $10,000.00 during the term of this Agreement. <br />
