,y <br />INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSyRANCE EXPIRES <br />7/I 1Z,00 <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: <br />%..W <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />y A-2002-072 <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, made and entered into this �y .� day of <br />2002, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter City organized <br />and existinAknder the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), and <br />Margaret Zuliani ("Contractor"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. City and Contractor entered into an Agreement dated November 15, 2001, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement"), by which Contractor has provided visual arts <br />ACCESS classes. <br />B. The parties wish to increase the total compensation to be paid Contractor in <br />order to allow the program to continue through the end of the extended term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, and subject to <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties agree as <br />follows: <br />1. Section 2.a., Compensation, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />"a. City agrees to pay, and Contractor agrees to accept as total payment for his <br />services, the rates and charges identified in Exhibit A. The total sum to be expended <br />under said Agreement and this First Amendment to Consultant Agreement shall not to <br />exceed $17,000.00 during the term of this Agreement." <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />
