Approve Negative Declaration and place the following ordinance on first <br /> reading and authorize publication of title. <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NS-2155 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana rezoning <br /> certain property located at 221 South Euclid Street from the A1 (General <br /> Agricultural) District to the R1-4000 (Small Lot Single-Family Residence) <br /> District (AA No. 1054) <br /> <br /> 2.
