ZOA 91-5 - CUP AND STANDARDS FOR IMPOUND YARDS, JUNK YARDS, SALVAGE YARDS AND VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITIES Staff presentation: Robyn Uptegraff, Executive Director, Planning and Building Agency Councilmembers discussed at length various aspects of the proposed ordinance to regulate junk yards and other such uses. Mayor Pro Tern Pulido requested the City Manager supply copies of the Code sections pertaining to non-conforming uses to anyone requesting such sections. The Mayor requested the City Manager to convene a meeting of all persons who had registered to speak concerning the proposed ordinance and to inform Councilmembers of the meeting date. Motion: Continue consideration of Ordinance NS-2151 to February 18, 1992.
