Approve the proposed fiscal year 2006-2007 Community Development Block Grant Program. 2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the approved program to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the City's fiscal year 2006-2007 allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds, and execute the grant agreement with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. 3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute agreements with nonprofit agencies and/or subrecipients awarded funds as part of the approved program. 75.B.
