<br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br /> <br />Art Leahy explained that on April 13, 2006 the Orange Council League <br />of Cities will review the Measure M plan and on April 24 the aCTA will <br />review the plan. The majority of the cities with the majority of population <br />must approve placing the measure on the ballot. The aCTA Board <br />must approve, by a two-thirds vote, placing the measure on the ballot. <br />Mr. Leahy further noted that without renewal of Measure M the aCTA <br />will not be able to go forward with many transportation plans for the <br />County. <br /> <br />Lisann Martinez recited sections in the State's vehicle code related to <br />bicycle trails <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />75.A.
