TERM <br /> <br />This Agreement shall commence on the date first above written and continue until <br />depletion of the maximum contract amount as stated in section IV unless sooner <br />terminated pursuant to Section II herein below. <br /> <br />II. TERMINATION <br /> <br />Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason upon thirty (30) calendar <br />days written notice to the other party.
