The city desires that the Contractor develop a software <br />interface between Contractor's Jail Facility Management System and <br />the city's Tiburon RMS system. <br /> <br />B. Contractor has submitted a <br />services as set forth in Exhibit <br />incorporated herein (the "Proposal"). <br /> <br />proposal to provide such <br />A, attached hereto and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall provide the services specified in the <br />Proposal on notification to proceed from city's Police Department. <br /> <br />2.
