The city and the Contractor entered into that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" dated March 17, 1997, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", for the development of a software interface between Contractor's Jail Facility Management System and the City's Tiburon RMS system. B. The parties hereto now desire to amend said Agreement for Contractor to provide computer system upgrades, an upgraded modem, and twenty additional licenses for the software. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 1. The services to be undertaken by Contractor are expanded to include the services identified in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated into said Agreement by this reference (the "Additional services") . 2. As full compensation for the Additional Services, City agrees to pay, and Contractor agrees to accept, payment in an amount not to exceed Twenty One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($21,250.00). 3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
