75.A. <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />Art Leahy explained that on April 13, 2006 the Orange Council League <br />of Cities will review the Measure M plan and on April 24 the OCTA will <br />review the plan. The majority of the cities with the majority of population <br />must approve placing the measure on the ballot.
