On February 22, 2005, the Council approved a one-year extension <br />period expiring on April 30, 2006. Staff has been satisfied with the <br />services provided by Ace Parking and recommends renewing the management <br />agreement for one additional year. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The four parking garages generate the necessary revenue to offset all <br />operating expenses and fees.
