Two or more bedrooms units - Seven hundred fifty (750) square feet <br /> <br />LOT COVERAGE/BUILDING BULK REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />1. MUC - Commercial <br /> <br />Lot coverage of buildings and accessory structures shall not exceed fifty <br />(50%) percent of the lot area. (On-grade parking shall not be included). <br />The building size shall maintain a floor area to lot area ratio not to exceed <br />one to five (1 :5). <br /> <br />2.
