The zoning on the project site is General <br />Commercial. <br /> <br />The proposed project is a medical office use with a FAR of .28. <br />The project would be consistent with the Professional <br />Administrative Office General Plan designation and the General <br />Commercial zoning designation on the project site. <br /> <br />C. Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan or <br />natural community plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan, the project site is not <br />included within any habitat conservation plan or any natural <br />community conservation plan. Therefore, implementation of the <br />proposed project would not be in conflict with any habitat <br />conservation plan. <br /> <br />X. MINERAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. Result in the loss of availability of a locally important <br />mineral resource recovery site delineated on a local <br />general plan, specific plan or other land use plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's Updated General Plan Land Use Element <br />EIR, there are no areas in Santa Ana that are designated <br />significant Mineral Aggregate Resource Areas.
