While <br />adverse, construction, when performed in compliance with the <br />requirements of the Municipal Code is considered to be less than <br />significant. <br /> <br />E. For a project located within an airport land use plan or <br />where such a plan has not been adopted, within two miles of <br />a public airport or public use airport, would the project <br />expose people residing or working in the project area to <br />excessive noise levels? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the Orange County Airport Environs Land Use Plan, <br />the project site is not located within an area that is subject <br />to high levels of aircraft noise. Therefore, implementation of <br />the proposed project would not expose people within the project <br />area to significant aircraft noise impacts. <br /> <br />XII. POPULATION AND HOUSING <br /> <br />A. Induce substantial population growth in an area, either <br />directly or indirectly through extension of roads or <br />other infrastructure. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan and <br />Zoning Code and would not result in growth beyond what is <br />projected in the General Plan.
