Sec. 41-105. Lot coverage. <br />Lot coverage is the amount of lot area stated in terms of <br />percentage that is covered by all buildings or structures located thereon. <br />This shall be considered to include the building footprint and all building <br />projections, but shall exclude patio covers, awnings and eaves. <br />Section 6. Section 41-131 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41-131.Outdoor vending machine. <br />Outdoor vending machine shall mean a mechanical device located <br />on the outside of a building that provides a product or service to the public <br />for compensation, including but not limited to water dispensers, drink <br />dispensers, food dispensers or water vending machines. For purposes of <br />this chapter, news boxes, pay phones, automated teller machines and <br />youth amusement rides shall not be deemed to be outdoor vending <br />machines. <br />Section 7. Section 41-131.5 is hereby added to the Code to read as <br />follows: <br />Sec. 41.131.5 Outdoor Water Vending Machine <br />Outdoor water vending machine shall mean a mechanical device <br />located within a building exterior storefront that solely dispenses water for <br />compensation. For purposes of this chapter, machines that vend <br />prepackaged bottled water shall not be considered outdoor water <br />dispensing machines. <br />Section 8. Section 41-137.10 is hereby added to the Code to read as <br />follows: <br />Sec. 41-137.10. Porte cochere. <br />Porte cochere is a structure over the driveway, and attached to the <br />main residence for the temporary sheltering and unloading of passengers <br />by an entrance of the building. <br />Section 9. Section 41-142 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41-142. Recreational or entertainment uses. <br />Recreational or entertainment uses include any use of property for <br />the purpose of providing recreation or entertainment to the public for <br />compensation, including, but not limited to, carnivals, circuses, <br />Ordinance No. NS-XXXX <br />Page 3 of 22 <br />11 A-3 <br />
