(On-grade parking shall not be included). <br />The building size shall maintain a floor area to lot area ratio not to exceed <br />one to five (1:5). <br />2. MUC -Professional <br />Lot coverage of buildings and accessory structures shall not exceed fifty <br />(50%) percent of the lot area.
