As of this meeting, a Certificate of <br />Occupancy has not been issued. Additional items need to be addressed <br />prior to the Occupancy being released. ..,J <br /> <br />b) Citv Place West- <br /> <br />The name has changed to City Place. The project will be going to Planning <br />Commission in October. <br /> <br />c) YMCA- <br /> <br />The two developers that have presented proposals have been asked to <br />present a more definitive pro formas for their projects. Staff will be obtaining <br />a consultant to do an economic viability study of both proposals. <br /> <br />d) Court of Appeals - <br /> <br />Letter from court of appeals that they want a reduction in price by $200,000 <br />with an additional 1.5 million in added expenses picked up by the'City.
