MINUTES OF ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 15, 1992 <br /> <br />At 5:32 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, the Clerk of the <br />Council announced that although the City Council had adjourned its September 8, 1992 <br />meeting to this time and place, the meeting would not be held since the item scheduled for <br />consideration by the Council was not yet ready. The Clerk then declared the meeting <br />adjourned for lack of business. <br /> <br />Janice C.
