Kidrovisation. we hope to increase young Santa <br />Ana student's self-esteem. self-confidence. hone in on and encourage self- <br />expression. Through the teaching of comedy improv techniques we will show <br />children how to problem solve. be creative. think positive as well as how to work <br />with others. <br /> <br />Objectives: <br /> <br />1. We will provide training to at least 6 schools within the eligible Santa Ana <br /> <br />Unified School District and enroll approximatelv 220 students (at 36 students <br />per class) . <br /> <br />2. The workshop series will run eight (8) weeks. 1 hour a week. concluding in a <br />combo show with all program recipients participating in an improv show in front <br />of their family. friends and members of the community at the DePietro <br />Performance Center. <br />During the late summer and first semester (Fall) of the year. we will provide <br />training to 2-3 schools at our designated theatre (or at the participating school). <br />The remaining three classes will take place late fall or early in 2002. <br /> <br />EXHI&fr ,A <br />
