MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 2, 1992 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy at 6:08 p.m. in <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. Since there were no Councilmembers <br />present, the Clerk of the Council declared the meeting adjourned due to the lack of a quorum <br />to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 1992 in the Santa Ana Library Conference Room, <br />26 Civic Center Plaza. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council indicated to those present in the Chambers the items of business <br />scheduled for consideration at the November 3 Council meeting would be heard at the next <br />regular Council meeting on November 16, 1992. <br /> <br />Janice C.
