POLICY NUMBER: 72UUNUR1666 COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. ADDITIONAL INSURED - OWNERS, LESSEES OR CONTRACTORS - SCHEDULED PERSON OR ORGANIZATION This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART SCHEDULE Name of Person or Organization: City of Santa Ana (If no entry appears above, information required to complete this endorsement will be shown in the Declarations as applicable to this endorsement.) A. Section 11 — Who Is An Insured is amended to include as an insured any person or organization shown in the Schedule, but only with respect to liability arising out of your ongoing operations performed for that insured. B. Any coverage provided by this endorsement to an additional insured shall be excess over any other valid and collectible insurance available to the additional insured whether primary, excess, contingent or on any other basis unless a written contract or written agreement in effect during this policy period and signed and executed by you prior to the loss for which coverage is sought specifically requires that this insurance apply on a primary and/or non-contributory basis. If this insurance is required to be primary and/or noncontributory. we will not seek contribution from any policy on whlch that additional insured is a named insured. We may, however, seek contribution from other insurance policies which also add that additional insured as an additional insured. If such other insurance policies are available, we will share with that other insurance by the method described in the policy. C. With respect to the insurance afforded to these additional insureds, the following exclusion is added: 1. Exclusions This insurance does not apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage" occurring after: a) All work, including materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work, on the project (other than service maintenance or repairs) to be performed by or on behalf of the additional insured(s) at the site of the covered operations has been completed; or b) That portion of "your work" out of which the injury or damage arises has been put to its intended use by any person or organization other than another contractor or sub- contractor engaged in performing operations for a principal as a part of the same project.
