<br />(b) Of the spaces required by subsection (a), no less than one-half (1/2) of the <br />off-street parking spaces shall be in an enclosed garage. The remaining 'will <br />spaces may be tandem spaces in a driveway. <br /> <br />(c) Each parking stall in a one-car garage shall not be less than 12 feet wide <br />and twenty (20) feet long. <br /> <br />(d) Each parking stall in a two-car garage or larger shall not be less than ten <br />(10) feet wide and twenty (20) feet long. <br /> <br />Section 31. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of <br />any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that anyone or more <br />sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be declared invalid or <br />unconstitutional. <br /> <br />Section 32.
