MUC - Commercial <br /> <br />Lot coverage of buildings and accessory structures shall not exceed fifty <br />(50%) percent of the lot area. (On-grade parking shall not be included). <br />The building size shall maintain a floor area to lot area ratio not to exceed <br />one to five (1 :5). <br /> <br />2. MUC - Professional <br /> <br />Lot coverage of buildings and accessory structures shall not exceed fifty <br />(50%) percent of the lot area. (On-grade parking shall not be included.) <br />The building size shall maintain a floor area: lot area ratio not to exceed <br />one to two (1 :2). <br /> <br />3.
