Fencing is installed within 24 hours, when necessary, to
provide immediate public safety. Fencing is typically rented for either a
six-month or a one-year period.
On June 7, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract to S&S Rent-A-Fence
for a two-year period with provision for three one-year renewals.
