Staff <br />mailed out a request for proposal for this service to four vendors on <br />February 27, 2006. Three proposals were received and opened on March 31, <br />2006. Proposals were evaluated for technical expertise, strength of the <br />firm, proposal completeness and references submitted (Exhibit 1). The <br />proposal from Amtech Elevator Service was responsive and meets the City's <br />requirements.
