I ~, - <br />-t ~ (--<:(P <br />CLERK OF COUI!(,\l <br />OA.TE: ~ _((P-otp <br /> <br />N-2006-036 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND GOLD GRAPHICS MANUFACTURING COMPANY <br /> <br />o~ u>;l-L,:),) <br />CG-~ <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 15th day of May 2006, by and between the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />constitution and laws of the State of California ("City") and Gold Graphics Manufacturing <br />Company, hereinafter referred to as ("Contractor"), <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A The City desires to retain the services of a contractor to manufacture, install and <br />remove banners at The Depot at Santa Ana, <br /> <br />B. Contractor represents that it is experienced and qualified to manufacture, install and <br />remove banners and is able and willing to provide such services to the City, <br /> <br />C. In undertaking the performance of this Agreement, Contractor represents that it is <br />knowledgeable in its field and that any services performed by Contractor under this Agreement will <br />be performed in compliance with such standards as may reasonably be expected from a professional <br />consulting firm in the field, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />L Scope of Services <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide installation of manufactured banners at assorted locations on The <br />Depot property, including maintenance and removal as necessary according to the <br />proposal dated April 6, 2006, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by <br />reference, <br /> <br />2, Standard of Performance <br /> <br />In undertaking the performance of this Agreement, Contractor represents that it is <br />knowledgeable in the field specified in the Recitals and Exhibit A of this Agreement, and <br />that any services performed by Contractor under this Agreement will be performed in <br />compliance with such standards as may reasonably be expected from a contracting firm in <br />that field, <br />
