Statement of Qualifications and Proposal <br />Environmental Training and Consulting Services <br />for the Citv of Santa Ana <br />Jones & Stokes Overview <br />Jones & Stokes is a multidisciplinary consulting firm specializing in environmental <br />analyses and regulatory compliance, with particular emphasis on the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act <br />(NEPA). Established in 1970, the firm is one of the oldest and largest in the western <br />United States that specializes in environmental services. We are well known for our <br />expertise and applied knowledge of the CEQA Guidelines, and have extensive <br />experience in dealing with legal challenges regarding CEQA adequacy. <br />Jones & Stokes currently has 16 offices located in the <br />western United States, including a well -staffed local <br />office in Irvine, California. We have over 450 expert <br />planning and environmental professionals to draw <br />from, including over 100 team members in southern <br />California.
