Lee's Gift Shop, a <br />sole proprietorship (hereinafter "Licensee") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), collectively referred <br />to herein as "the Parties". <br /> <br />A-2006-084 <br /> <br />FI fls, <br />~ SEt:5HD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />R~~!IA1~ <br /> <br />A. The Parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "Site License Agreement between the City of Santa <br />Ana,and K. Lee's Gift Shop" dated July 1,2004, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", to lease commercial <br />space at The Depot to K. Lee's Gift Shop to be used to provide a gift store to provide essential items to travelers, <br />visitors and employees at The Depot. <br /> <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to exercise the Cgf;a option of said Agreement to extend the "Term" (section <br />1.02) and to increase the "Compensation" term (section 1.03) of said Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. The "Term" section of said Agreement is hereby amended and extended through June 30, 2007. <br /> <br />2. The "Compensation" section of said Agreement is hereby amended and increased to the monthly amount of <br />$743.10. <br /> <br />3.
