Candis <br />James O'Connor, 1501 River Lane <br />Roberta Reed, 1205 S. Parton <br />Miles Leach, 2025 W. Tenth Street <br />Richard Moser, 1923 W. Seventeenth Street <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the public hearing at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion: 1.
