Exhibit A <br />Scope of Services <br />Consultant shall provide the following services: <br />Network maintenance and support; <br />Train and provide ongoing support to microcomputer users; <br />Perform various projects involving networking and applications of softwaze-related tasks; <br />Undertake vazious application softwaze development projects; and <br />Provide maintenance and support for various database applications. <br />Compensation <br />Consultant shall be compensated at the rate of $63.00 per hour. Said compensation shall <br />not exceed a total of $10,000 during the term of the Agreement. <br />
