Any person or organization having a greater than a 50% interest in you, but only with <br />respect to their liability arising out of: a. Their financial control of you; or b. Premises <br />they own, maintain or control while you lease these premises. <br />2. The insurance afforded to these additional insureds under Paragraph I.B.ldoes not apply to <br />structural alterations, new construction or demolition operations performed by or for that <br />person or organization. <br />C. CO-OWNER OR INSURED PREMISES <br />A Co-owner of insured premises co-owned by you and covered by this insurance but only with <br />respect to their liability as co-owner of the premises. <br />D. LESSOR OF LEASED EQUIPMENT <br />1. Any person or organization from whom you lease equipment, but only with respect to liability <br />for "bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" caused, in whole or <br />in part, by your maintenance, operation or use of such equipment leased to you by such <br />person(s) or organization(s). <br />2. with respect to the insurance afforded to these additional insureds under Paragraph I.D.1, <br />this insurance does not apply to any "occurrence" which takes place: a) after the equipment <br />lease expires, or b) after the equipment is returned or no longer in your possession, whichever <br />takes place later. <br />E. MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES <br />Managers or Lessors of premises but only with respect to liability arising out of the <br />ownership, maintenance or use of that part of the premises leased to you and subject to the <br />following additional exclusions: This insurance under this paragraph does not apply to: 1.
