EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES RELATED TO SOILS TESTING <br />Consultant shall perform the following additional services in relation to the engineering <br />and construction support for the San Lorenzo Sewer Lift Station: <br />1.) Determine if the soil cuttings from the geotechnical investigation must be <br />disposed of as hazardous waste. Provide soil handling and disposal <br />requirement recommendations and incorporated those recommendations into <br />the contract documents. The additional geotechnical work will be performed <br />for a not to exceed fee offourteen-thousand, two-hundred fifty dollars <br />($14,250.00). <br />2.) Dispose of soil cuttings from geotechnical investigation. The cost for disposal <br />shall not exceed five-thousand, five-hundred dollars ($5,500.00). <br />3.) Prepare a rendering of the site with the final improvements mounted on a <br />board for use at the City's public meeting. Assist the City in preparation, as <br />well as attending the public meeting with City staff. The cost of preparing <br />the rendering and meeting assistance shall not exceed five-thousand dollars <br />($5,000.00). <br />
