FY 93-94 CITY BUDGET AND ANNUAL FEE INCREASES <br /> <br />Public hearing to consider the City's Fiscal Year 93-94 Budget and related matters <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Register on April 2, 9, and 16, 1993 <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing regarding the City's Fiscal Year 93-94 Budget and <br />related matters at 10:09 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation of staff report and staff comments by Finance and Management Services <br />Executive Director Rod Coloma <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy noted the receipt of 348 written communications <br />including a petition with 505 signatures opposing closure of the McFadden Library. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke regarding the FY 93-94 City Budget and related matters: <br /> <br /> Maggie Brown, 1415 S. Mohawk <br /> Thelma Paige, 217 N.
