Bristol, offered to sell his property to the City under the Bristol Street <br />Widening Program and was referred by Mayor Young to City Manager Ream for assistance. <br /> <br />Florence Leach, 2025 W. 10th Street, suggested that the Main Street Concourse developers <br />construct their own recycling facility. <br /> <br />Miles Leach, 2025 W. 10th Street, reported that the City's definition of "local street" as <br />approved by the Council does not conform to the definition used in the County of Orange <br />and the City of Orange, and suggested the City discontinue its ward system. <br /> <br />90.B. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Pulido encouraged members of the public to volunteer for Graffiti Paint Out <br />Day on May 1, 1993 starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Mission Viejo Lighting Company, 211 N. <br />Main Street. <br /> <br />Councilmember Moreno asked staff to consider the use of the Mission Viejo Lighting <br />Company premises for the TKO Boxing program. <br /> <br />Mayor Young asked City Manager Ream to include the TKO program as a budget issue. <br />Young also asked Public Works Agency Executive Director Jim Ross to follow up on a <br />constituent request regarding sidewalk construction on a landscaped section of Broadway. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT - 12:02 A.M. - To 6:45 p.m. on April 27, 1993 in the Council <br /> Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza <br /> <br />Janice C.
