<br />RESOLUTION 2006 <br /> <br />REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT <br /> <br />DEPARTMENTIMISCELLANE01JS FEE OR SERVICE <br /> <br />SECTION IV FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDUI.E <br />5546 Each suhmission ofa business plan (as defined in health and Safety Code Section 25501) and each <br />certification provided pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 25505 (c) and each submission of an <br />annual inventory pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 25505 (d) (other than inventories which are <br />submined as part of a business plan or certification) shall be accompanied by a fee based upon the "range" <br />of the subject business in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />5546 <br /> <br />SERVICE STATIONS <br />Flat Fee <br /> <br />AdditionalCosls: <br />Add up the quantities of all the various chemicals (or materials) in each of the three <br />categories in each of the three categories (gallons, cubic feet, pounds). Use the highest <br />quantity of chemicals (or materials) listed to determine the number range (1,2,3 ".) <br /> <br />Count the number of chemicals (or materials) listed to determine the appropriate <br />range-Iener (A,B,C...). <br /> <br />Using the combined Range figures (Number and Lener, I-A, 2-C, etc. to determine the <br />correct fee from the schedule. <br /> <br />5546 <br /> <br />Late Filing Fee <br />The Fire Chief shall impose a late filing penalty based on additional administrative <br />costs incurred due to the late filing of any business plan, certification, or inventory <br />The amount of such penalty shaH be 25% of the fee for such filing.
