<br />RESOLUTION 2006 <br /> <br />REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT <br /> <br />SECTION X <br />098~Ol-3611 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5401 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br /> <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />When a building is demolished, the owner shall provide the <br />City with a cash or surety bond as described in Section 8-1768 <br />through 8~ 1771 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. For the <br />purpose of lot cleanup and capping of the sewer lateral, the <br />value afthe bond is to be established by the Building Official <br />but in no case shall the bond be less than $1,000.00 per <br />building. A single family dwelling and garage shall be <br />considered as one building for bonding purposes. <br /> <br />Note: A demolition permit <br />fee is separate from and additional <br />to the fee for any other permit <br />which may be required by code <br />provisions other than those <br />specifically regulating <br />demolition <br /> <br />FLOODPLAIN CONSTRUCTION <br />STANDARDS VARIANCES <br /> <br />The fee for an application for a variance from the floodplain <br />construction standards of the City. <br /> <br />APPEALS <br /> <br />The fee for an appeal of a ruling of the Building Official to <br />the Planning Commission (SAMC Section 806.254) shall be <br />payable at the time of filing of the appeal. <br /> <br />RELOCATION INSPECTIONS <br /> <br />The fee for an inspection on a building or structure, as <br />required for its proposed relocation, <br /> <br />Main building or structure <br />Accessory structure <br />Inspection for structures located outside of the City <br />Travel time <br /> <br />APPLICATION PROCESSING AND <br />PLAN CHECKING FEES <br /> <br />An application processing fee and plan checking fee shall be <br />paid to the Building Official at the time of submitting plans <br />for checking. Such fee shall be equal to 65% of the building <br />penn it fee as set forth in this resolution. For all buildings, <br />such fee shall also include a surcharge for state mandated <br />energy conservation enforcement equal to $22.00 for each <br />1,000 square feet of building area, or fraction thereof, up to <br />4,000 square feet, and $11.00 for each additional 1,000 <br />square feet or fraction thereof.
