<br />RESOLUTION 2006 <br /> <br />REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT <br /> <br />SECTION X <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br /> <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br /> <br />TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY <br /> <br />SPECIFIC CODE FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />BUILDING CODE <br /> <br />Any person desiring a permit required by the Building Code <br />shall, at the time of filing an application fee of$4.50 <br />towards the State Mandated Training Program and pay a fee <br />equal to $29.50 plus the sum of the fees for the work to be <br />done under the permit as set forth in the following schedule. <br />There is no minimum fee for the issuance of a permit for <br />single family residences and duplexes. <br /> <br />The determination of total valuation shall be made by the <br />Building Official. The value to be used shall be the total <br />value of all construction work for which the permit is issued <br />using the building valuation data based upon in the most <br />recent edition of Building Standards published by the <br />International Conference of Building Official. The value of <br />work performed as a remodel and other valuations not <br />published by the Internationa] Conference of Building <br />Officials shall be determined by the Building Official. <br /> <br />PARKING LOT RESURFACING AND/OR REPAINTING <br /> <br />Existing parking lot resurfacing and/or repainting, fee shall <br />be based on the value of the work performed. <br /> <br />UNDERGROUND TANK REMOVAL <br /> <br />Underground tank removal and backfill fee shall be based <br />upon valuation. <br /> <br />EXCA VA TION FOR SOIL CONTAMINATION <br /> <br />Excavation and backfill related to soil contamination fee shall <br />be based upon valuation. <br /> <br />48 <br /> <br />UNIT <br /> <br />Each Project <br /> <br />Each Permit <br /> <br />FY 06-07 <br />FEES <br /> <br />388.00 <br /> <br />34.00 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2006-032 <br />Page53 of 68 <br />
