<br />RESOLUTION 2006 <br />REVENUE FY 06-07 <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT FEES <br />SECTION X PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCV <br /> PLUMBING PLAN CHECK FEES <br /> Whenever plumbing plans are required by the Building <br /> Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the plumbing <br /> permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br /> GRADING PERMITS <br />5918 Any person desiring a grading permit required by the Building Each Permit 34.00 <br /> Code, shall, at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of$4.50 <br /> towards the State Mandated Training Program and pay a fee <br /> equal to $29.50 plus the sum of the fees for the work to be done. <br /> under the permit as set forth in the following schedule: <br /> (Note: A grading permit fee is separate from and additional <br /> to the fees for any other permit which may be <br /> required by code provisions.) <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> Minimum <br />5918 1) Grading Permit: Per Hour 7100 <br /> a. One and Two S.F.D. 1 Hour <br /> b. Multiple Residential including, Residential tracts, <br /> Apartments, Condominiums, Hotels, Motels, and <br /> Similar Construction 2 Hours <br /> c. Non-Residential Site Less Than 2 Acres 3 Hours <br /> d. Non-Residential Site 2 Acres and More 5 Hours <br /> e. Preliminal)' Grading Permit, Underground Tank <br /> Removal and Excavation for Soil Contamination I Hour <br /> f Existing Parking Lot Resurfacing and Repainting I Hour <br />5918 2) In addition to the above noted permit fees, <br /> a fee shall be collected for new site improvements, <br /> new parking lots, new concrete curb and gutter, and <br /> asphalt paving Sq.
