COOPER, City Attorney <br /> <br />PASADENA ARTS AND CULTURE STUDY TOUR <br /> <br />Despite the absence of a quorum, Councilmembers Lutz and Moreno, City Manager Ream, <br />Community Development Agency Executive Director Cindy Nelson, Downtown Development <br />Manager Roger Kooi, Redevelopment and Real Estate Manager Bob Hoffman, Santa Aha <br />Council for Arts and Culture President Don Cribb, and several City staff members departed <br />for Pasadena, California at 9:00 a.m. to observe and study Pasadena's approach to downtown <br />redevelopment in the areas of arts and culture. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 213 JUNE 4, 1993 <br /> <br /> <br />
