MINNIE STREET PARKING <br /> <br />Community Development Agency Executive Director Cindy Nelson reported a recent survey <br />conducted by staff in the Minnie Street area found that the majority of Minnie Street <br />residents did not support a "no parking" zone on either the east or west side of Minnie <br />Street. <br /> <br />The following persons encouraged the Council to allow parking on Minnie Street: <br /> <br /> Victoria Zaragoza, 1109 S.
