Councilmember Richardson requested staff provide an update regarding the City's Enterprise <br />Zone at a future Council meeting. The City Manager indicated he would provide a report at <br />the October 4 meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pulido requested staff remove "tagging" graffiti on Flower Street, and an <br />update from staff regarding the tenant dispute relating to Pedrini's House of Music. <br /> <br />Councilmember Moreno commended the Downtown Santa Ana Business Association on its <br />successful Fourth Street Annual Street Fair held last weekend. <br /> <br />Mayor Young noted the award of the Greenville Street Landscape Improvements (Agenda <br />Item 23.D), indicated the Morning Sunwood Neighborhood would be pleased, and thanked <br />staff for its work on the project. <br /> <br />90.A. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS (Continued) <br /> <br />The following persons requested the Council to redraft the City's anti-camping ordinance to <br />permit homeless person to sleep under blankets in public places, and asked that the City be <br />more aggressive in addressing the problems of the homeless: <br /> <br />Sister Kathy Stein, 849 S.
