Fax (714) 973-1461 <br />www.santa-ana.org <br /> <br />NOTICE OF INTENT <br />TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> <br />This is to inform the general public that the City of Santa Ana proposes to adopt a <br />Negative Declaration for the following project: <br /> <br />Project Title: <br /> <br />Crazy Horse Square <br /> <br />Project Description: <br /> <br />The proposed project consists of the following: <br /> <br />The proposed project would require a zoning ordinance amendment (ZOA) to amend the provisions of <br />Specific Development No.8 to create a third project area (Area III) that would allow the development of <br />20,154 square feet of retail and food uses on the project site; and Site Plan Review (SPR) approval to <br />construct the project within a specific development zone (SD-8). Three separate parcels will be <br />consolidated into one parcel and three new buildings would be constructed on the site.
