<br />The three proposed buildings are referred to as Building A, <br />Building B and Building C. <br /> <br />Building A consists of 8,171 square feet of area. The building <br />would contain a 8, 171 square foot sit down restaurant with an <br />outdoor dinning area. In the future, this restaurant may <br />include a concert venue and/or nightclub within existing square <br />footages which would operate exclusively during the evening <br />hours when other uses wi thin the office park are closed. A <br />nightclub/concert venue would require separate City approvals. <br /> <br />Building B would consist of 5,302 square feet <br />building would contain 4,315 square feet of food <br />a 1,486 square foot coffee shop. In addition, 987 <br />retail uses are proposed. <br /> <br />of area. A combination of tans and metal paint <br />finishes would be incorporated into the design of the buildings. <br /> <br />Parking <br /> <br />A total of 174 parking spaces are required for the project while <br />175 parking spaces are provided on site. In the future, the <br />8,060 square foot restaurant may include a concert venue and/or <br />nightclub which would operate exclusively during the evening <br />hours when other uses within the office park are closed.
