<br />Discretionary Approvals <br /> <br />· Zoning ordinance amendment (ZOA) to amend provisions and <br />uses within SD-8. <br /> <br />· Site Plan Review to construct three new buildings wi thin <br />SD-8. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.0 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ANALYSIS <br /> <br />The following is an environmental analysis on <br />proj ect based on the City of Santa Ana's CEQA <br />Checklist Form. The analysis incorporates by <br />analysis and findings in the City of Santa Ana <br />Plan Land Use Element FEIR. Additionally, a <br />report has been prepared for the project <br />incorporated into the environmental analysis. <br /> <br />the proposed <br />Environmental <br />reference the <br />Updated General <br />traffic impact <br />and has been <br /> <br />For each environmental issue, the analysis identifies the level <br />of impact that is anticipated to occur. Where applicable, <br />mi tigation measures have been identified to reduce potentially <br />significant impacts to a level considered less than significant. <br /> <br />I. AESTHETICS <br /> <br />A. Have a substantial adverse effect on a scenic vista? <br /> <br />B. Damage scenic resources, including but not limited to <br />trees, rock outpourings and historic buildings wi thin a <br />State highway? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The project site is situated within an urban setting and <br />surrounded by developed land uses. There are no scenic vistas or <br />scenic resources wi thin the immediate vicinity of the proj ect <br />site. The project site is adjacent to State Route 55 (SR-55). <br />However, SR-55 is not a designated scenic highway, nor does it <br />contain any scenic resources within or adjacent to its right-of- <br />way. Therefore, implementation of the proposed project would not <br />result in adverse impacts to any scenic vista or scenic <br />resources. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />75A,.,34 <br />
