Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation <br />Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2004-109. <br />2. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2006-02. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2006-01 as <br />conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On May 22, 2006, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />Mitigation Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2004-109, adopt <br />an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2006-02 and adopt a <br />resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2006-01 as conditioned by a <br />vote of 6:0 (Cribb absent) to construct the Crazy Horse Square <br />Development within the Specific Development No. 8 (SD-8) zoning district <br />at 1580 East Warner Avenue. The Planning Commission made no changes to <br />the recommended conditions of approval outlined in the attached staff <br />report (Exhibit A). Staff received comments from the Airport Land Use <br />Commission and Caltrans pertaining to the environmental documentation <br />prepared for the project.
