Given the circumstances of this <br />particular case, the lease agreement that allows parking on the Edison <br />easement seems a better long term solution for the property than <br />granting a parking variance. <br />Site Plan Review <br />Section 41-593.5 (c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by <br />the Planning Commission of all projects proposed within a specific <br />development zone to ensure the project is in conformance with the <br />specific development plan. Specific Development No. 8 will be amended <br />to create a third project area that will permit multi-tenant retail uses <br />which are not currently permitted within SD-8. The project will comply <br />with design and development standards outlined within Zone III of the <br />specific development plan. The property complies with the landscape <br />standards adopted for the Brookhollow Office Park. A 10-foot landscape <br />setback is provided along the Newport Costa Mesa (SR-55) Freeway.
